finalbid.lol is operated by Michał Kownacki, a sole trader registered in Poland. Paying for a place on the board means accepting these terms. The mechanics live on the rules page and form part of them.
What you're buying
A place in a public ranking of rankings, ordered by how much has been paid for each listing. Your listing shows a website address, a description and icon read from that site, and links out to it.
You are not buying traffic, clicks, customers or a position for any length of time. A place is worth exactly as much attention as this board happens to get, which may be none.
Your position can change at any moment
Anyone can pay more and pass you, seconds after you pay. Your listing stays on the board at whatever rank its total earns. That is the entire product, and it is why payments are final.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record: Stripe sells to you, issues your receipt, and handles the VAT. Prices are shown excluding tax; tax is added at checkout based on where you are.
Payments are final and non-refundable. If something has gone wrong — a double charge, a mistyped address, a listing that never appeared — contact us before opening a dispute and we will sort it out. Nothing here removes rights that can't legally be excluded, and Stripe may issue refunds under its own policies.
What you may list
A website you are entitled to promote — the board you run, or one you have permission to enter. The full list of what's refused and why is on the rules page: no link shorteners, no chat or invite links, nothing sexual, illegal or malicious, and no impersonating a business you don't run.
We may remove a listing that breaks these terms, and we may remove or refuse any listing at our discretion where we believe it puts the site or its visitors at risk.
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, change, or stop existing. We don't promise it will be free of faults, and we're not liable for losses arising from using it beyond the amount you paid.
Descriptions and icons on listings are taken automatically from the sites they point at. We don't write, check or endorse them, and a listing here is not a recommendation.
Law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you're a consumer in the EU, this doesn't deprive you of the protections of your own country's law.
